Carriage House

This original 1898 Carriage House, complete with weathervane atop its cupola, is perfect for a more secluded stay. Set apart from the Main House, connected by a winding brick path, it offers a flexible configuration, and is sure to meet your needs. Options are:

  • Garden Studio (green area) – sleeps 2

  • Garden Studio plus Flex Bedroom (green area, plus yellow area) –
    sleeps 4

  • Cottage Suite (blue area) – sleeps 4

  • Cottage Suite plus Flex Bedroom (blue area, plus yellow area) –
    sleeps 6

 

Rate

Rates below are per night. The Garden Studio is always available for a single night rental. The Cottage Suite, or any room combination using the Flex room, does require a 2 night minimum. This may be waived for a $50.00 premium.

About The Cottage Suite

Does a gateway mean the beach to you? Well, our beach may be the American River and our own little pond, but our beach- themed Cottage Suite will have you enjoying what you’ll swear is an ocean breeze!

Accommodations

Separate bedroom with queen bed, living room area with convenience kitchen, daybed with trundle. Bath with shower. Need more space? Add the Flex bedroom. With its twin beds, you now have a suite for 6.

Garden Studio

Secluded, yet close; the perfect spot for an intimate getaway.

About the Garden Studio

The farthest from the Main House, the Garden Studio is its own little world. The picket fence and private patio make it the perfect spot should you travel with your pet (see our policies section for more details).

Accommodations

Pine floors, cable TV, washer and dryer, convenience kitchen. Bath with claw-foot tub and shower. Queen bed. Need more space than a spot for two? Add the Flex bedroom. With its twin beds, it creates the perfect space for 4. Add a rollaway bed, and it accommodates 5.
